Connor Hess
Connor Hess serves as the business and marketing consultant to McLean Advisory Group, playing a key role in the strategic growth and day-to-day operations of the practice. His work focuses on identifying marketing opportunities, refining the firm’s processes, and helping structure the office for greater efficiency and a stronger client experience.
Connor also brings valuable insight on the insurance side of the business, consistently introducing new product offerings that align with the evolving needs of retirees and pre-retirees. With a sharp eye for both strategy and execution, Connor ensures the team stays aligned, competitive, and focused on delivering the highest level of service to every client.
George Kastanis, CFP®
Senior Wealth Advisor
George Kastanis found his passion for finance during college and was encouraged by his professors to pursue financial advisement. After starting off with a bigger insurance firm, he quickly realized that being an independent advisor allowed him to better assist his clients.
George has been in the financial services industry since 2009 and joined McLean Advisory Group in 2011. He strives to use a straightforward approach that is easy to understand and implement. George is committed to both personal and professional development and has earned his CFP® certification and his BFA™.
George grew up in the Ocean County area and is a first-generation American. His family, originally from Greece, came to America when he was very young and opened a diner on Long Beach Island. In his spare time, George enjoys traveling, Jet Skiing, snowboarding and reading.
Natalie Meyer
Natalie Meyer is a marketing consultant for McLean Advisory Group, where she plays a key role in the planning, coordination, and execution of live events. She works behind the scenes to ensure every detail—from messaging and logistics to flow and timing—is handled with precision, allowing advisors to focus on delivering value and engaging meaningfully with attendees.
Natalie’s role is centered on creating a seamless event experience so clients and prospects can fully absorb the educational content, ask better questions, and walk away with clarity and confidence. Through thoughtful preparation and hands-on execution, she helps ensure each event reflects the firm’s standards, strengthens relationships, and supports long-term growth.
Patti Cadigan
Tax and Financial Assistant
I started at McLean Advisory Group in January 2021, joining as data entry staff during tax season. After tax season ended, they asked me to stay on as a tax and financial assistant supporting those departments year-round.
What I enjoy most is meeting clients, getting to know them, and handling any policy or account changes so they don't have to worry. I specialize in paperwork and forms - I love working through the details
I have an associate's degree in liberal arts from Ocean County College. Outside of work, you can find me reading a good book or spending time at my pool in the summertime.

Since 1983, I have had the honor of being the proud owner of a thriving financial firm. I hold the key honor of guiding my clients toward achieving their financial goals and securing a prosperous retirement.
One of my core beliefs is that knowledge is power, and I am dedicated to empowering both my clients and my staff. I invest in the education and development of my team, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills to provide exceptional support and reliable advice to our valued clients. Through this commitment, I foster a dedicated and cohesive team that shares my passion for comprehensive financial care.
Along my journey, the more I delved into the world of finance, the clearer it became that countless individuals were sailing blindly through their financial journey. Ignorance about money matters left them vulnerable to unforeseen pitfalls, setting the stage for potential financial disaster and a disastrous retirement.
Motivated by this revelation, I embarked on a mission to empower and educate. This journey led me to pen the book "Three Blind Mice: How the Financial Planning Process Leads Your Money to a Mouse Trap”. Throughout my book, I aim to shine a light on the hidden intricacies of finance, excessive fees, and costs to equip readers with the knowledge and tools they need to make informed decisions and navigate the financial landscape with confidence.
I love what I do because it's not just about financial planning – it's about life planning. And that's what I find most enthralling. It is a privilege to guide you through a journey that is as warm and personal as it is financially sound.
As a husband and a father to five wonderful children, I'm also involved in my real estate endeavors. Alongside my family, I find immense joy in owning and operating the NewView Equestrian Center in Southampton, NJ. We're actively involved in competitive jumping events throughout the United States.
While my youthful days were filled with a passion for boating and competing in water skiing competitions these cherished pastimes still hold a special place in my heart today.
